Our working day is 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday with opportunities for breakfast, extra study and Co-Curricular activities built into the week.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Optional co-curricular activities begin at 3:15pm an finish at 4:15pm
Co-curricular activities are also available during lunchtime.
Every Tuesday 08:45am, Y12 and Y13 have Professional Briefing. Attendance is mandatory.
Sixth form students also may have lessons period 6. Thus their school day ends at 16:15.
Sixth Form students aren’t timetabled to every period, and have scattered timetables. Thus may often have later starts or earlier finishes.
The UTCW timetable is characterised by taught specialist subjects, alongside core academic subjects. Beyond the taught curriculum, there is a range of activities available to students that allow them to fully explore their interests.
