University Technical College Warrington is one of the most advanced and unique educational establishments in the North West. Based in the heart of Warrington, we offer a variety of contemporary, versatile spaces ideal for conferences, meetings and special events. 

Our £10 million specialist building opened in 2016, equipped with state of the art facilities and equipment. The modern, industrial interiors make the perfect backdrop to any event, creating a fantastic motivational space for delegate to learn and achieve.

Our lettings are available 7 days a week for daytime events and exclusive evening hire, with closure only during bank holidays and the Christmas period.

We offer in-house catering, with our very own team preparing wonderful delights in the kitchen.

Seats 160. This versatile space is great for lectures and conferences.

Max 50. The luxury outdoor space is great for informal summer meetings and parties.

Our American style diner is a great breakout space when using the Lecture Theatre.

Seats 30. A relaxed library setting, perfect for meetings and training days.

Classrooms

Seats 25. Ideal for training and short courses.

IT Suites

Seats 25. Our range of computer rooms are perfect for training and online assessments.

Cafe

Seats 25. The perfect break out space when using the Conference Room or any of our classrooms, IT suites and Science Labs.

Conference Space

Seats 50. Smaller than our Lecture Theatre, this space is great versatile space can be used for conferences and assessments.
